The property is very spacious and offers many activities to choose from such as a rooftop pool and multiple restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating towards children, making it a great place for families. I also enjoyed the convenience of being located near key attractions.

During my business trip, my colleague lost their necklace at the pool and the staff could not locate it. the restaurant by the beach lacked lively energy and could benefit from being transformed into a more happening spot.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with an exclusive array of amenities. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness center and sauna. the room advantages were beyond our expectations with Japanese toilets that had a heated seat and smart functions. the hotel's garden area was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation. the restaurant served an excellent breakfast, with a variety of local and western dishes.

There was only one minor issue we experienced - the staff struggled with English communication at times. Though we found it amusing, the panic in their eyes was noticeable.

They really outdid themselves! the customer service provided by the F&B managers was top-notch, with fantastic efforts and attentions paid to their guests. the room was also great with comfy beds and a clean terrace to sit on.

We loved the diverse and extensive breakfast menu, including sushi, local and western options, and even vegan choices. The F&B managers provided attentive and exceptional service. Our villa's bedroom exceeded expectations with a tranquil terrace and luxurious Japanese toilet. The hotel's property was extensive with stunning rooftop pools and fantastic beach access. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable with several trips to the surrounding area organized for additional fees.
